James E. Donnersbach, age 62, of Plymouth, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, February 16, 2021 at OhioHealth Shelby Hospital in Shelby, Ohio. He was born on June 27, 1958 in Bucyrus, Ohio to the late Joseph and Janice (Reber) Donnersbach.

A graduate of Plymouth High School, Jim retired from the Plymouth-Shiloh School District as a custodian. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church more recently attending Belmont Community Church. Jim was also a member of the Knights of Columbus.

Jim loved the outdoors whether it meant spending time in his garden, metal detecting or arrowhead hunting. He was a true DIY'er who also enjoyed being the winning bidder at auctions, coin collecting and learning about history, especially Indian artifacts. He was a devoted husband and loving father to his daughters, who will carry on his and his dearly loved late brother Carl's tradition of crazily dressing up for Halloween every year.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 39 years, Connie (Robertson) Donnersbach; daughters, Katherine "Katie" and Emily Donnersbach; brothers, John (Ruth) Donnersbach and Anthony (Theresa) Donnersbach; sisters-in-law, Laura Donnersbach Michalovich and Christine Donnersbach; nieces and nephews, Jeff (Tiffany) Donnersbach, Jason Donnersbach, Jarrod Donnersbach, Annabelle Michalovich, Kurtis Donnersbach, Jennifer (Graham) Fach, Denise (Spencer) Shepherd, Philip Donnersbach (Victoria Danielle), Matthew (Ashley) Donnersbach and Vincent Donnersbach (Mykenna Schlarb); great nieces and nephews, Aubree, Kyliee, Bentley, Bo, Anthony and Johnathan; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John and Dawn Cline; brother-in-law, Daniel Robertson; nieces, Erica (Edgar) Justavino, Missy Jones (Paul Hall); and great nieces and nephews, Ariana and Eric Justavino and Halee and Hunter Jones.

In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by his brothers, Joseph and Carl Donnersbach; niece, Elizabeth Donnersbach; and mother-in-law and father-in-law, Ted and Janet Robertson.
