Janice Irene Dellinger, age 92, of Willard, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 10, 1932 to the late Jesse and Mabel (Smith) Bruner. Janice was a 1950 graduate of Willard High School and worked at several banks, including Willard United Bank, and retired from Industrial Savings and Loan. She enjoyed gardening, puzzles and most of all, spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by 6 children, Michael (Diane) Dellinger of Attica, Ohio; Valerie Havrilla of Willard, Ohio; Vickie Dellinger of Willard, Ohio; Pamela Cook of Willard, Ohio; Timothy (Anne) Dellinger of Plant City, Florida; and Michelle (Daniel) Myers of Willard, Ohio; 16 grandchildren, Bethany (Mark) Berry, Andrew Weithman, Beverly (Anthony) Posey, Jasmine Dellinger, Heather (Brian) Johnson, Tami (Eric) Duncan, Jenny (Cliff) Hall, Amy Dellinger, Michael (Amber) Cook, Richard Cook, Emily (Matt) Grabo, Eric (Mandi) Cook, Noah (Brandy) Dellinger, Jacob Dellinger, Bradley (Kayla) Polachek and Mariah (Taylor) Leitz; 23 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; daughter-in-law, Connie Dellinger; siblings, Phillip (Charlotte) Bruner and Carolyn Ruffing; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Delverne Allen Dellinger whom she married on June 14, 1953, a son, Jeffrey Dellinger, and siblings, Dale Bruner, Phyllis Villines, Emogene Keegan, Eunice Hite and David Bruner.
Visitation will be at Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Sunday, June 29, 2025 from 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM where her funeral service will be on Monday, June 30, 2025 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Caleb Harper officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cemetery in Attica, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, 1 Billy Graham Parkway, Charlotte, NC 28201.
