Jessica Kilgore Moreno, age 32, resident of Willard, Ohio, passed away on Friday, February 8, 2019, at Fisher Titus Medical Center in Norwalk. She was born on April 7, 1986, in Norwalk, Ohio, to David Lee Kilgore, Sr and Susan Michele (Ellwart) Kilgore. She enjoyed cooking, attending church and she loved her children.
She is survived by husband, Emer Moreno; 3 children, Devony Salgado, Isreal Moreno and Nury Moreno; father, David Lee Kilgore Sr.; sister, Jacqulyne Verhagen of Wisconsin; brother, Daniel Kilgore of Willard; step-sister, Jamie Verhagen of Antigo of Wisconsin; step-brother, Douglas Landis of Willard; numerous nieces, nephews, uncles and aunts; and her dog, Thor.
Jessica was preceded in death by her mother, Susan Michele (Ellwart) Kilgore; brother, David Lee Kilgore Jr.; grandmother, Mary Jane Kilgore; and an uncle, Rex L. Kilgore.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February 12, 2019 from 10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio where the funeral service will be Tuesday, at 11:00 A.M. with Pastor Ron Parsons officiating. Burial will follow at the Greenwood Cemetery in Willard, Ohio. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.secorfuneralhomes.com

My deepest sympathies go out to Jessica’s family and friends. While none of us expected this as she is so young, it is not up to us when we are called home to God. Cry until it makes you feel better and then laugh and smile because that is what she would want. Remember her beautiful smile and caring heart and how she seemed to always be helping someone just as her family does. Family, please keep her babies safe and filled with love and remind them always about their mom. Tell them how much she loves them and always will. Remind them that she is in Heaven looking down on them because she is a believer. Help them to always believe so that one day they can be with her again. Help them to grow up with a pure loving heart like their momma. My prayers will include you all! ?
