Joanne E. Barber, age 82, of Shelby, Ohio passed away on Sunday, January 3, 2016 at Ohio Health MedCentral Hospital in Mansfield, Ohio. She was born on April 21, 1933 in Woodsfield, Ohio to the late Alfred Neil and Ethel (Hall) Williamson.
She is survived by her husband, Harley L. Barber, whom she married on February 25, 1957; 4 children, Sherri Fagan, Kevin Barber, Steve Barber, Kathi Barber; 1 grandchild; and 2 great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Tim Barber.
