Joseph A. Donnersbach, age 51, of Plymouth, Ohio passed away Saturday, December 31, 2011 at the MedCentral Hospital in Mansfield, Ohio. He was born March 2, 1960 in Bucyrus, Ohio to the late Joseph and Janice (Reber) Donnersbach. Joesph retired from MTD in Shelby after 26 years of service. He enjoyed tractor pulls, farming, watching his cows and most of all, spending time with his children.
He is survived by his wife, Laura (Thompson) Donnersbach; three sons, Jeff Donnersbach and girlfriend, Tiffany of Willard, Jason Donnersbach and girlfriend, Casey of Plymouth and Jarrod Donnersbach of Plymouth; 3 brothers and siters-in-law, Jim (Connie) Donnersbach of Plymouth, John (Ruth) Donnersbach of Plymouth and Tony (Theresa) Donnersbach of Tiro; one sister-in-law, Chris Donnersbach of Shiloh; numerous nieces and nephews and God child, Katie Donnersbach.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Carl Donnersbach and niece, Elizabeth Donnersbach.
Visitation will be on Thursday, January 5, 2011 from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 and 8:00 PM at the Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth, Ohio. The funeral mass will be on Friday, January 6, 2011 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Plymouth, with Fr. Nick Cunningham officiating. Burial will follow at the Mount Hope Cemetery in Shiloh. Memorials can be made to the Kidney Foundation or the Lupus Foundation. So sorry to read of your family’s loss. Although I did not know Joe and his immediate family, I was blessed to have known Theresa and her famiy while they lived in the Johnsville area. I have fond recollections of their children….always sweet, courteous and cooperative..Theresa and her husband as well. I only recently learned that my grandson, Walker Fackler, is to room with Jarrod on the FFA trip to Denver. God bless your entire family on this journey of faith and love.
