Kathy (Beard) Carroll, age 62, resident of Willard, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday, October 16, 2012 at home. She was born on May 23, 1950 to the late Urban and Anna (St. Clair) Beard. She attended Mohawk schools and later obtaining her G.E.D. She was an avid bowler, enjoyed reading, puzzles, flowers, but most of all just being with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Leeland Carroll; one daughter and son-in-law, Robin (Brian) Barnett of Willard; one grandson, Christopher Barnett of Willard; one granddaughter, Carley Barnett of Willard; one son, Thomas Carroll of Willard; one stepson, Brandon L. Carroll of Willard; one stepdaughter, Ashley Taylor of Willard; four sisters, Harold (Judy) Price of Tiffin, Neil (Cindy) Bowman of Sycamore, Robert (Paula) Miller of Tiffin, and Brian (Mary “Pete”) Beard-Walters of Sycamore, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her brother, Urban G. Beard Jr.; two sisters, Marlene and Darlene Beard; and both sets of Grandparents.
Friends may visit all day on Thursday, October 18, 2012 anytime after 1:00 PM and one hour before services at 1:00 PM on Friday, October 19, 2012 at the Freewill Baptist Church (670 Keefer Street, Willard, Ohio 44890) where Pastor Ron Parsons will conduct services. Burial will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, New Haven, Ohio. Donations may be made to Leeland Carroll or Robin Barnett to off set any expenses left. Robin , Lee , carly and Thomas I am so sorry to have heard about ur mothers passing. Not a time went by that she didnt have a smile when i seen her. She was always so sweet and very well blessed to have such a great family as all of u to love her. Prayers for all of u to heal from her loss.

Robin and family, I am so sorry to hear of Kathy’s passing. She will always be so dear to my heart. Robin and Kathy brought my children to see me in WV shortly after my oldest daughter was in a bad car accident. Will always cherish and luv them.
