Kenneth E. Gullett, age 55, of Maplewood Street, Willard, passed away Saturday, August 2, 2008 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio due to complications from an automobile accident. He was born August 3, 1953 in Willard, Ohio and is where he has lived all of his life. He retired from Copperweld in Shelby, Ohio. He was a member of Ripley Chapel. He liked fishing, hunting, and golf and loved his N.Y. Yankee’s and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
He is survived by his wife, Anna M. (Arcuri) Gullett, whom he married Oct. 9, 1976; father and step-mother, Valgene & Sharon Gullett of Willard; 2 brothers and a sister-in-law, James & Patty Gullett of Plymouth and Jeff Gullett of Willard; 2 sisters and a brother-in-law, Valerie Gullett of Willard and Kathy & Dennis Pence of Fremont; 3 nieces, Ashley, Amber and Lianna Gullett; 3 nephews, Adam Gullett, D.J and Conner Pence; great niece, Cambria Gullett; family, friends and a special pet, Tanner.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Anna Lee (Pugh) Gullett; brother, Roger Allen Gullett; numerous aunts, uncles and grandparents.
Visitation will be Wednesday, August 6, 2008 from 2-4 and 6-9 P.M. at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, where the funeral service will be Thursday at 11:00 A.M., with Rev. Ricky Branham officiating. Burial will follow at the Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Association. Auntie Anna,
We are so sorry to hear about what happened and want to say we love you very much and you are in our thoughts and prayers. We will be thinking of you through this hard time and are very sad to see Uncle Kenny gone. We wish we could have come up to be there with you but you are in our thoughts and we just want you to know we love you both very much.
Uncle Kenny was a very special uncle and I will miss him dearly.
