Larry D. Colflesh, age 58, resident of Willard, Ohio passed away on Friday, July 30, 2010 at his home following a short illness. He was born on November 2, 1951 in Marion, Ohio and had been a Willard resident for 30 years. Larry had served in the US Army, of which two years he served in Veitnam. He later had been employeed with R.R. Donnelley in Willard, Source InterLink in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and then Progress Plastics in Bellevue until his illness. He was of the Penecostal faith and enjoyed fishing and collecting Indian artifacts.
He is survived by his wife, Jackie (York) Colflesh; was the father of five children, Ashley, Andrea, Melissa, Josh and Heidi; and was one of eight brothers.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Mary Jane (Poe) Colflesh.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM with a graveside service to follow at 11:30 AM at the Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio with Pastors Jamie Stewart and Mel Sayler officiating.
