Leatrice J. Reed of Willard, Ohio passed away on Monday, December 7, 2020 at Marion General Hospital. She was born on April 19, 1931 to the late Cecil and Mae (Caudill) Snipes in Floyd County, KY. She worked for 42 years at MTD in Willard. Leatrice was a member of the Church of God in Willard and enjoyed cooking, canning, yard work, gardening and taking care of her children.
She is survived by 6 children, Kathy (Frank) Fuller of Plymouth; Debbie (Bob) Moskus of Norwalk; Vickie Foresman of Willard; Lorie Reed of Willard; Allan Reed of Shiloh and Kim (Mike) Osborne of North Carolina; daughter-in-law Becky Reed of Tiffin; 14 grandchildren, Scott Fuller, Mike Fuller, Roby Moskus, Bridgett Tyler, Rodney Vanhook, Kellie Pratt, April Meyer, Nikki Barnett, Josh Reed, Kieth Dale, Sonya Diehart, Jason Reed, Jessica Church and Christina Reed; 39 great grandchildren; 11 great great grandchildren; siblings, Ray D. (Sharon) Snipes of Willard; Ruth (James) Ramey of Columbus; Velma (Larry) Bishop of New Washington; Barb Yosick of New Washington; Mary Kaple (Donald Auck) of New Washington; sister-in-law, Ollia Snipes and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Worley Reed Jr.; son, Steve Reed; brothers and sisters, Lois (Herman) Keene, Bob (Clarinda) Snipes, James Leo (Dorothy) Snipes, Joe Snipes, Janice Vanderpool Durr and brothers-in-law James Yosick and Robert Kaple.
Visitation will be at Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Friday December 11, 2020 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM where a funeral service will be at 1:00 PM with Pastor Greg Griffith officiating.
