Margaret Fry, age 93, of Willard, Ohio, passed away on Friday, August 22, 2025 at her home.  She was born on November 2, 1931 in Timberville, Virginia to the late Willis Clem and Edna (Runion) Clem Keister.  Margaret held various jobs including working at American Standard in Tiffin and a cook at the Willard Moose Lodge.  She was very proud to be honored with the “Cap and Gown” in the Moose Club.  She enjoyed sewing, embroidery, cooking, traveling, and visiting casinos with her husband.  Most of all, she was blessed to be a mom and loved spending time with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Fry, whom she married on August 9, 1973; children, Linda (Don) Larimer of Republic, Ohio; Marilyn Poffenberger of Huntsville, Alabama; Joyce (Randy) Blevins of Green Springs, Ohio; Vernon Dull of New Haven, Ohio; Peggy (Jeff) Hess of Fitchville, Ohio; Jeffrey (Christina) Fry of New Haven, Ohio; and Timothy Fry of Sandusky, Ohio; 12 grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and a special niece, Cindy.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her two brothers, Herman Clem and Wilmer Clem.

Visitation will be at Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 from 11:00 AM until the time of her service at 1:00 PM with Pastor Edward Hunker officiating.  Burial will follow at Attica-Venice Cemetery in Attica, Ohio.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Boy’s Town, St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital, or to a charity of the donor’s choice.  Online condolences may be made to Margaret’s family by visiting www.secorfuneralhomes.com
