Marion L. Decker, age 94, resident of Willard, passed away Thursday, March 31, 2005 at the Willard Health Care Center. He was born March 14, 1911 in Bellevue, Ohio to the late Roland and Elizabeth (Miller) Decker and had been a resident of Willard since 1999 and a former resident of Bellevue. He had attended the Evangelical United Brethern Church and was a member of the Masonic Lodge.
He is survived by two daughters and sons-in-law, Joe and Ruth Ann (Steinmetz) Joyce of Willard; and Jim and Jane VanWinkle of Big Canoe, GA; nine grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; one sister, Martha Dymond of WA; and many nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his wife, Kathryn (Taggart) Decker; his parents, one sister; and three brothers.
There will be a private funeral service with no visitation. Burial will be at the Bellevue Cemetery. Secor Funeral Home in Willard assisted the family with arrangements.
