Michael David Sparkman, age 42 of Willard, Ohio passed away at his home on Monday, February 11, 2019. He was born May 2, 1976 in Willard, Ohio to Michael Sparkman and Pauline (Arbogast) Fey. He was a member of the Willard Conservation League. When he wasn't with his family he was with his second family at McDonalds. He loved to fish and was an avid Cleveland Browns fan. He was always there for whoever needed him. He always had a smile on his face and never knew a stranger.
He is survived by his mother, Pauline (Arbogast) Fey; 8 children, Michael C. Sparkman, Austin (Tiffany) Hughes, Aaron Morrow, Cody (Taylor) Sparkman, Donovan Sparkman, Kaden Sparkman, Serenity Sparkman and Jessica Hopkins; 8 grandchildren; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Arbogast; 4 sisters, Cindy (Pete) Hight, Honey (Brian) Smith, Samantha (Jeremy) Fey and Dolly (Chad) Fey;5 nieces and nephews and one great niece.
He is preceded in death by his father, Michael D. Sparkman; paternal grandparents, Jeanette and Homer Sparkman; maternal grandfather, Urban Arbogast; best friend Andrew Shirk.
Visitation will be Saturday, February 16, 2019 from 12:00 Noon to 2:30 P.M. at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard where the funeral service will be Saturday at 2:30 P.M. with Rev. Ricky Branham officiating. Burial will follow at the Greenwood Cemetery in Willard. A luncheon will follow at the Pole Barn at 2780 Smith Road, Willard, Ohio. I just wanna say that i had alot of fun fishin times with mike.. Thats forsure. My dad and him were very close friends there for a good while in plymouth. All i can remember though is that if you ever needed some thing or some one to just chop it up with he was the one!! He was definantly a people kind of guy.. But his kids AND step kids including his life has all made an impact on all of our lives.. And it is ashame that he had to go so soon. But if there one thing for sure and two for certain he is most definantly in a better place!! Miss and love ya man.

So sad to hear this. Mike was one of my childhood buddies. Many memories playing basketball at keefer, football at Reba Bennett school. Was always smiling and laughing. Grew apart as we got older and started our own families. But everytime we would run in to each other we would reminisce about our east side childhoods. Prayers for his entire family. He was one of the good ones.
