Michael R. Schiffer, age 55, resident of Willard, Ohio passed away peacefully on Friday, August 4, 2017 in Willard. He was born on December 7, 1961 to the late John A. and Cleo (Moore) Schiffer. Mike was a lifelong resident and an avid fisherman.
