Patricia Ann Owens, age 83 of Shiloh, Ohio, passed away on November 23, 2025 at Ohio Health Mansfield Hospital in Mansfield, Ohio.
Patricia was born July 23, 1942 in Ashland, Ohio to Merle and Nellie (Shuty) Coover. She married Duane Butch Owens, who passed away previously. Patricia was the CFO at Voisard for many years. She ran the BMV out of her house for many years. She loved fishing and being out on the waters of Lake Erie. Patricia also enjoyed travelling, especially to Marathon Keys, FL to spend her winters.
Patricia is survived by her Daughter Debra (Richard) Hursh of Shiloh and son Jeff (Margie) Owens of Shiloh and step-son Jim Owens of TN; 6 grandchildren Megan Bennett, Collin Hursh, Jenny Brown, Courtney, Chloe Owens and Crystal Owens; 8 great grandchildren Dutton, Luka, Addison, Ryker, Serenity, Paisley, Wyatt and Layne; brother Ed Coover and nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband Duane Butch Owens; parents Earl and Nell Coover; 2 brothers Scott Biggs and David Coover and a sister Betty Roland.
Per her request there will be no services. The Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth, Ohio assisted the family with the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society in Patricias Honor at P.O. Box 6704, Hagerstown, MD 2174.
