Priscilla J. Hicks Tackett, age 69, of Perrysville, Ohio, passed away Friday, October 3, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born December 19, 1955 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Ezzle Eugene Hicks and Anna Faye (Reynolds) Pace. She loved the outdoors where she enjoyed fishing, riding motorcycles and most of all, spending time with her family.

She is survived by 3 children, Wendy Houk, James Porter and Amber D. and Luke Porter; 13 grandchildren, Kyle, Mikey, Dakota, Hayden, Anna, Renee, Jerry Jr., Tayler, Ciera, Jordon, Savannah, Damian and Bevan; 12 great grandchildren, Brantley, Gracelynn, Zelda, Chevy, Luna, Carter, Nova, Journi, Shiloh, Scarlett, Anikan and Zyon; 5 siblings, Ezzle Hicks, Sheila Johnson, Greg Hicks, Junior Hicks and Lisa Parrett; and numerous nieces and nephews; fiance' Greg Baker.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ezzle Hicks and Anna Faye Pace; step-father, Bill Pace; husband, Donald Tackett; granddaughter, China Lynn Houk; sister, Denita Mullins; 2 nephews, Brian Moore and Artie Mullins.

There will be a memorial service held on Saturday, November 8, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Messiah House of Prayer, 74 Pettit Street, Shiloh, OH 44878. A luncheon will follow at the church where everyone is invited to bring a dish to share and continue to celebrate Priscilla.
