Ray F. "Frank" Fuller, age 76, of Plymouth, Ohio passed away Monday, May 24, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born March 25, 1945 in Shelby, Ohio to the late Ray Junior and Bonnie (Shorts) Fuller. He was a member of the American Legion and enjoyed painting and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving during the Vietnam Era.

He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Kathy (Newland) Fuller, whom he married December 27, 1966; two sons, Scott (Rebecca) Fuller of Plymouth and Michael (Jamie) Fuller of Shelby, 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He was also survived by 11 siblings, LeeRoy Fuller of Shelby, Pat McFarland of Galion, Ricky (Barbara) Fuller of Ashland, Donald (Maria) Fuller of CA, Billy (Ann) Fuller of Columbus, Ronnie Fuller of TN, Carol (Sonny) Baker of TN, Joey (Lori) Fuller of TN, Bobby Fuller of TN, Debbie Payne of TN and Alan Fuller of GA and many nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Ray and Bonnie Fuller and 2 brothers, Jimmy and Harry Fuller.

The calling hours will be Friday, May 28, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio, where the funeral service will be Friday at 12:00 PM with Pastor Greg Griffith officiating. Burial will follow at the Mt. Hope Cemetery in Shiloh, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to the Ohio Health Hospice. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.secorfuneralhomes.com.
