Richard L. Williams, age 66, resident of Willard, Ohio, passed away on Monday, April 29, 2019, at Stein Hospice in Sandusky. He was born on July 23, 1952, in Willard, Ohio, to the late Harold and Mary (Urban) Williams. Richard had worked as a welder and maintenance at CVG/Sheller-Globe. He was a member of the Holiday Lakes Owners Association for 47 years, a go-cart enthusiast and he enjoyed fishing, cutting wood, traveling, and Canadian fly-in fishing.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Brown) Williams whom he married on November 30, 1995; two sons, Brian K. (Wendy) Williams of Willard, Ohio, Timothy L. (Michelle) Williams of Willard, Ohio; 2 brothers, Ronnie Williams of Willard, Ohio, and Michael Williams of Celina, Ohio; seven step children, Billy Wagner, Gary Wagner, Mark Wagner, Denise Wagner, Patric (PJ) Wagner, Kris Litter, and Bobbi Litter; an uncle, John Urban; five grandchildren, Drew Williams, Seth Williams, Logan Williams, Abigail Williams, Vince Haynes, and Clay Wright; three great grandchildren, Rexler Williams, Lennox Williams, Dexter Williams; and several step grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, Richard was preceded in death by a sister, Bonnie Grim; and an uncle and aunt, Kenny and Cora Williams.

Family and friends may gather at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio, on Friday, May 3, 2019, from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Calling hours will continue on Saturday, May 4, 2019, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, where the funeral service will be at 12:00 PM, with Rev. Ricky Branham officiating.
