Roger Windsor, age 63, reisdent of Willard, Ohio, passed away at his home on Wednesday, April 24, 2019. He was born on November 6, 1955 in Warren, Ohio, to the late James and Esther (Mayhew) Windsor.
He is survived by two sisters, Brenda and Melinda Windsor.
