To The Loving Baugh Family:
It is with great sadness your mom has gone on to meet the lord. Remember this:
Life is not measured by how many breaths
You Take.
But by what takes your breath away.

Letting go……
It’s so hard to let go of someone you love but you know is ready to go to heaven. You wanna be selfish in your own way & keep her here with you to keep us all safe & for her to just say one last time everything will be ok. You know she has lived her life to the fullest & that she has just grown tired & weary & is just ready to cross over to the streets of gold & walk into heavens gates. She is just ready to see her loved ones that have passed before her & to tell them all about us here & how where all doing. It seems like the hours have gotten shorter & the mins have gotten faster & that the seconds have just faded away. She is getting tired but is fighting with all she still has cause she has always been the glue that has kept this family together when it seemed to us it was falling apart. You can tell she is a fighter by looking into her eyes & at her face & by every little wrinkle on her hands & every little worry line she has gotten from this world & through the  years on this adventure we call life. From every story she has told to every little saying she has said through out the years that has always stuck with us. She has ran a hard strong race on this adventure we call life.  Your laugh still lingers with all of us your smile your beautiful voice our priceless memories we have each made with you. This isn’t the end of your journey your just going to continue it on the other side. You’ll make new memories & we’ll keep the ones we have safe & sound with us until we meet again. So now it’s time for you to leave us to lay down your old worn out & torn coat & put on your new one to get your key to the kingdom & to get your wings & you’ll fly away. When we see a shooting star we’ll know its just your special way grandma Ruby of saying to all of us that every things going to be ok & you love us & you made it to your new mansion in the sky safe & sound.  When we see that star in the sky shining so bright that’s just you telling all of us you left a light on for us so that when our time comes to an end that we’ll always have a home in heaven with you. I wrote this just for you Mama Ruby I know you’ll be reading this in heaven someday & when I get there with you I’ll personally read it to you. <3 Ruby Jane (Neeley) Baugh  Took her first breath~ April 16th 1931 Took her last breath~ September 18th 2012

Chasity Baugh - Sep 20, 2012

God looked upon his garden
And found an empty place.
He then looked down upon this earth
and saw your tired face.
He put his arms around you
And lifted you to rest.
God’s garden must be beautiful
He always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering
He knew you were in pain.
He knew you would never
Get well on earth again.
He saw the road was getting rough
And the hills were hard to climb
So he closed your weary eyelids
And whispered “Peace be thine.”
It broke our hearts to lose you
But you didn’t go alone
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home.
You left us beautiful memories,
Your love is still our guide.
And though we cannot see you,
You are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken,
And nothing seems the same,
But as God calls us one by one
The chain will link again.

Chris Moore - Sep 20, 2012

To all of Rubys family, she was a good friend to my mom, Inias Keene, in the nursing home. My mom loved her very much, they would visit each other and talk, and laugh, It breaks my heart to know she is passed, but i know her and mom are talking and laughing again, and they are so much more happy to be with God……MAY SHE REST IN PEACE….and my prayers are with you guys….

Lucy Baugh Thornsberry - Sep 20, 2012

Mom I know your with dad know & I just want you to know I love & miss you so much. I didn’t want to let you go but I knew God needed an angel & the pair of wings he had fit you just perfect. Just know that I’m truly blessed to have been raised by such an amazing Mom. Give dad a kiss for me & tell him I love him & that someday we’ll be together again. I know when the rain falls that’s just happy tears from you. I want you to know that I’ll always keep the memories we made dear to my heart & when we are reunited we’ll make more. Love you mommy Love your daughter Lucy.
