Russell Lee Lacy, age 76 of Willard, Ohio passed away at his home surrounded by his family on Tuesday, December 31, 2024. He was born April 21, 1948 in Willard, Ohio to the late George Lacey and Vana Mae (Risner) Bolen. He enjoyed hunting, 4 wheeling and spending time with his family. He was an U.S. Army Veteran serving 3 years in France and 1 year in Vietnam.
He is survived by his wife Janet (Deppen) Lacy and 3 children, Brandy Cooper, Zach Lacy and Rachael Baugh; 5 grandchildren, Makayla England, Wesley Baugh, Samantha McClellan, Russell Cooper and Andrew Cooper and 6 great grandchildren, Konnor Baugh, Emiliano Martinez, Ivy Sage McClellan, Jeremiah Martinez, Ian McClellan Jr. and Bodie McClellan; 3 siblings, Rickey (Karen) Bolen, Edgil Bolen and Gloria Reed.
He is preceded in death by his parents, George Lacey and Vana Mae Bolen; son-in-law, David Cooper; daughter, Michelle Lacy and grandson, Donald Baugh Jr.; Mother & father-in-laws, Orpha & John Deppen; brother-in-law, John Deppen; sister-in-law, Helen Hilderbrand; brothers, Harry Lacey, Larry Lacey and Larry Senter; sis, Linda Gibson; step-dad, Edgil Bolen.
Calling hours will be Friday, January 3, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio and where the funeral service will be Friday at 1:00 PM with Pastor Rhonda Holbrook officiating.
