Our deepest condolences to the Rice family on the passing of Ruth Rice. She was an amazing woman with the spirit of a Saint. We spent many summer days going to visit her at Holiday Lakes when Nick, Jarrod, and Heather West were young. She was the highlight of the summer as we played pin ball, went swimming, and then ate pizza with her. She always seemed genuinely happy to see us and was kind, fun, and lovable. Not one of us left without our hug from her. We will keep her in our hearts forever. She was a bit of Heaven here on Earth.
Gary and Trisha West
What a kind & gracious lady Ruth was! Condolences and best wishes to the family.
Please accept my heartfelt sympathies. My heart goes out to the family. Death is something we will never get use to. In fact, God’s Word refers to death as an enemy (1 Corinthians 15:26). It is comforting to know that very soon our loving Heavenly Father, Jehovah, will remove death once and for all and give us the opportunity to see our loved ones again here on the earth.
Sending our deepest sympathy to the Rice family. Ruth was a very special lady, an angel here on Earth. She gave of herself to others, always more concerned about what was going on in everyone else’s lives than her own. We are confident she is standing next to Jesus.
I knew Ruth and Herman for many years at Richmond and always admired the respect and caring attitude that she exhibited. She was a positive influence in the world.
Larry and Family; so sorry for your loss. Your mother was such a SWEET LADY! Prayers and Sympathy to you all.
To the Rice family, What a kind and loving person Ruth was. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you at this sad time.
