Ted Kilgore, age 62, of Willard, OH passed away Thursday, June 13, 2013 at the Willows at Willard. He was born March 28, 1951 in Willard, OH to the late Elzie and Thelma (Tackett) Kilgore. He was a self-employed contractor and electrician. He was a veteran of the US Army having served during Vietnam.
He is survived by one son, Ted (Sarah) Kilgore of Greenwich; 2 daughters, Jessica (Mike) Rutter of Lebanon, TN and Jocelyn “Starr” Stacklin of Shelby; 12 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Shirley (Harvey) Puckett of Greewich and Alice (Jerry) Hamons of Delphi; 2 brothers, Roy (Sharon) Kilgore of Willard and Danny (Darlene) Kilgore of California; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by 4 brothers, Raymond, George, Kenneth & Jim Kilgore; and one sister, Ruth Ann Montgomery.
Friends may call at the Highest Praise Church 3409 SR 224 East, Willard, Ohio on Saturday, June 15, 2013 fom 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM where the funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM with Pastor Roy Kilgore officiating.
