I knew tom professionally and whenever I thought of Tom, or when his name was mentioned, my immediate thought was "what a genuinely kind, nice man". He measured his words well and looked to the better part of every individual he talked about. He was really proud of his two sons and their careers starting at West Point. I thought a lot about Tom and will miss talking to him.

So sad to learn that a friend of more than 50 years, passed. One of the "Bloomville Kids" that joined us at West Jr. High School. Recall good times from our school years. Recall visiting Tom in BG, and his spit shined combat boots sat at the front door. That was the beginning of 26 years of service to our great country !!! Tom thank you for your service to your country and to your community !!! May your family find peace , God Bless them !!!
