Tonia Bolen Rowe was born September 5, 1949. She died on March 28, 2012 at Southern Ohio Hospice. She lived in West Portsmouth, Ohio for six years.
She is survived by her husband, Richard Rowe of Willard; two children, Ila Coburn of Lexington, KY and Vernon Osborne of West Portsmouth; her father, Elmer Bolen Sr. of West Portsmouth; three sisters, Joyce Lovejoy of West Hamlin, WV, Libby Niece of Tiffin and Penny Bragg of West Portsmouth; three brothers, Michael Bolen of Portsmouth, Elmer Bolen Jr. of Hindman, KY and Ralph Bolen of West Portsmouth; and seven grandchildren, Thomas Miller, Dean Miller, Talisha Osborne, Dakota Osborne, Matthew Osborne, Laura Reed and Johnathan Reed, all of West Portsmouth.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Billie Jo Bolen; a sister, Bertha Kay Hale and brother, Melvin Bolen.
She will be missed by her family and friends.
Friends may call at the Freewill Baptist Church in Willard, on Friday, March 30, 2012 from 5:00 to 9:00 PM and on Saturday, March 31, 2012 from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM.
