Victoria Nieves McKelvey, age 38, of Willard, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 in Tiffin, Ohio. She was born on March 19, 1975 in Adrian, Michigan to Juan B. and Alice Villarreal. She had attended the Ohio State University and earned an associates degree from North Central State College. Victoria was an active wife and mother who enjoyed traveling with her family. She was a Daisy Troop Leader with the Girl Scouts, a dance mom, a member of the Heisey Collector’s of America, and the Buckeye Study Club. She enjoyed collecting antiques and other collectables, and volunteered with the Richland Pregnancy Services. She was an AWANA leader and member of the Westwood Alliance Church in Mansfield. She is in Heaven today with her Savior Jesus Christ.
Victoria’s spirit and generosity lives on, as she was an organ donor.
Victoria is survived by her husband, William Vogel McKelvey whom she married on June 22, 2002; daughter Electa Grace; and adored dog, Nocchio. Her mother, Alice Martinez of Adrian, MI; three brothers, Mateo J. Villarreal; Valentine R. Villarreal; and Juan Opel Villarreal; father and mother-in-law, Ralph and Sandra McKelvey; sister-in-law, Barbra Wechter; brother-in-law, Rev. Barton (Candace) McKelvey all of Willard; nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her father, Juan B. Villarreal; brother Juan B. Villarreal, Jr.; grandparents, Miguel and Eusebia Martinez; and Valentine and Nieves Villarreal; and a brother-in-law, Edward McKelvey.
Friends may call on Friday, June 28, 2013 from 2:00-4:00PM and 6:00-8:00PM at the Christian Alliance Church in Willard. The funeral service will be held at the church on Saturday, June 29, 2013 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Doyle Peyton officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family and left in care of Michelle Enders at Home Savings, 301 Myrtle Ave., Willard, OH 44890. Victoria, it’s hard to believe that you are gone from this world. I write this message knowing that you can still see this world from a far. I will miss our many conversations, perhaps you will finally get to see that sunset you always wanted to. I can’t stress how much of an impact you made on so many people. You will be missed here, but God had other plans for you and although we all find it hard to accept, we know that you will continue to make us smile. Always remembered, never forgotten. Even though I only knew you through Arcane Empires, you made me feel like we’d known each other for years. You were very helpful, friendly, & funny, lol! I am very sad to lose you but God must have needed you more. I ask that He bless your family, & give you everlasting joy. May you rest in peace, Impossible Girl. See you when we get there.

“I was glad when they said to me, Let us go into the house of the Lord.” Victoria’s wonderfully kind and welcoming personality impressed us from the the very first time we met her at an HCA event a few years ago. We always looked forward to seeing her and Electa and Bill in Newark during Heisey events. Her smile and laughter were infectious and we always enjoyed talking with her. Her beautiful memory will live in our hearts along with our hope to see her again one day. We pray that God strengthen Bill, Electa and all Vicroria’s family and friends to endure this temporary separation.

Its funny how someone you have never met can have such a huge impact on your life. I only knew Victoria in an online game but we had become friends. I never had the pleasure of meeting Vickie face to face. She was an online gaming friend. She will be missed by so many. She was greatly loved. My heart and love goes to you her family. She was a wonderful woman words cant describe how great she was.

Hello, i played games with Victoria on my IPhone and i just wanted to say that she was a very nice person, always kind and caring and i am VERY sad to hear about her accident, i will always remember her and will pray for all of her family, and eceryone affected by her passing.

I only knew you as an online game from from The Hobbit:Kingdoms of Middle Earth, but you quickly became my friend and more so an online extended family member. You always brought a smile to my face and joy in my heart everytime I saw your name pop online. You always have a funny comment or silly response and made many online friends there.
