Virginia Mae Harrington, age 94, of Plymouth, Ohio passed away Monday, November 30, 2020 at the Gaymont Nursing Home in Norwalk, Ohio. She was born February 22, 1926 in Madison Township, Ohio to the late Carl and Eva (Leemaster) Schlenbaker. She was a member of the First Lutheran church in Plymouth.

She is survived by her son Jerry (Molly) Harrington of Plymouth and 2 grandchildren, Casey (Melissa) Harrington oh Huron and Heidi (Tim) Mullens of Tennessee and 4 great grandchildren, Joslyn and Cameron Harrington and Murphy and Sway Mullens.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Harrington, 2 brothers, Robert and Francis "Bud" Schlenbaker, along with her parents, Carl & Eva Schlenbaker.

Virginia's wishes were that there be no calling hours or funeral. Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth is assisting the family with arrangements. She will be buried at the Edwards Grove Cemetery in Greenwich, Ohio. Online condolences may be made to the family at www.secorfuneralhomes.com.

I'm so sorry for your loss. She was my bestie at The Willows. Such a good helper. I'll never forget her. She changed soooo much from our first time meeting. (She was NOT coming! I'm sure you remember 😉) I loved her fiesty self. But she was also such a sweet loving lady! I'll hold on to all the memories ❤

Jerry, So very sorry to hear of your mom’s passing. I always remember the fun times we had when we lived next door to “little Jerry”. Again, so sorry for your loss.

Jerry, Molly, Casey, Heidi and families, I so enjoyed Viginia...as a choir member, she could hit the high notes! I could ALWAYS depend on her and Charlie to be there every Sunday. She spoke her mind!!!! I believe she is now at peace. My sympathy.
