Judy,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Wayne was a mentor for many young firefighters, including myself. We will always be grateful for his service to our community. Wayne was the go to guy when something needed fixed. I am sure that in some remote desert that has finally received rain, it is because Wayne has fixed the plumbing in Heaven. If you need anything please call.
