Willie Dye, age 76, of Willard, OH, passed away on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, at OhioHealth Hospital in Mansfield. He was born on April 30, 1945 in Floyd County, KY to the late Jack and Ethel (Gayheart) Dye. Willie was a member of the Willard Moose and the Willard Legion and enjoyed fishing and working on his trucks.
He is survived by his children, Scott (Amy) Dye, Laura Jean Dye and James (Tracy) Dye; sisters, Marlene Sword, Judy Guffy, and Jackie Merle (Randy) Bollinger; brothers, Lawrence (Kaye) Dye, James Dye, John Dye, Gregory (Esther) Dye and Rodney (Glenda) Dye; grandchildren, Luis, Elisha, Brandon, Destiny, Katie, Savanah, Braden, Kyle and Malory; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a sister Polly Lipps and brother-in-law Don Guffy.
