Frank James Rudo, age 72, of New Washington, Ohio passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at The Grove at Oak Leaf Village in Columbus, Ohio. He was born on April 11, 1950 in Cleveland to the late George and Grace (Portaro) Rudo.
A 1968 Cathedral Latin High School graduate, Frank went on to attend Cuyahoga Community College and Cleveland State University. He had worked as a Machinist for Alcoa Corporation in Tucson, Arizona but earlier in his life he was a restaurant manager in numerous places. Frank could be seen as a free spirit who loved to travel. He also experienced living many places: Cleveland, Ohio; London, England; Los Angeles, California; Fairbanks, Alaska; Tucson, Arizona but finally decided to retire back in Ohio.
Franks big passion was rooting for the Cleveland Browns. He also was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan.
Frank is survived by his brother and sister-in-law, George and Carol “Bella” (Johnson) Rudo, plus his adopted “in-law” family members, Robert “Bob” and Joyce Johnson, and Marcia (Johnson) and John Giordano.

Family and friends are invited to attend a graveside service to honor Frank on Friday, May 27, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery in New Washington, Ohio. Following the service, a luncheon with be held at Cranberry Hills Golf Course Banquet Room, New Washington, Ohio. Friends are invited to join the family in celebrating Franks life.
