Rebecca “Becky” Johnson, age 73, of New Haven, Ohio passed away on Sunday, July 12, 2026 at the Willow’s in Willard. She was born on June 23, 1953 in Findlay, Ohio to the late Richard and Clarice (Pacey) Rettig.
Becky was a 1971 graduate from Plymouth High school. She worked at Pepperidge Farm in Willard for 27 years. Becky enjoyed spending time with her pets and in her garden. She had a fond love for classic cars and could often be found at the classic car shows. She enjoyed listening to rock and roll music and going antiquing with her daughter. Above all else, she loved to spend time with her precious grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Andrea Hill; grandchildren, Addi and Peach Hill; step son, AJ (Missy) Johnson; step grandchildren, Connor, Keaton, Mason and Ellie Johnson; brother, Robert (Ruth) Rettig; sister, Barb Rettig; special aunt, Malinda Grimm; along with numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Randy Johnson who passed away on May 19, 2026; her son, Aaron Hopkins and a sister, Patty Rettig.

I’m so saddened by this. Becky and I shared many laughs. She was a witty one. I always hoped that I’d see her again after she left the farm. Her family has my sincere sympathy. May God give her family peace and understanding.
