Barbara Kale, age 86, of North Fairfield, Ohio passed away Friday, September 20, 2019 at the MetroHealth Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. She was born February 9, 1933 in Willard, Ohio to the late William and Buelah (Chandler) Blackert. She was a member of the North Fairfield United Methodist Church in North Fairfield and the Eastern Stars. Barb was a professional archer and was nationally ranked. She enjoyed cooking and baking.
She is survived by 2 sons, Dr. Robert (JoAnn) Kale of Baltimore, OH and Richard (Merecris) Kale of North Fairfield; daughter, Vicki Danielson of Mansfield; 12 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Paul D. Kale; son, Paul D. Kale Jr.; daughter, Brenda Kale; parents, William and Buelah Blackert.
Visitation will be Wednesday, September 25, 2019 from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at the North Fairfield United Methodist Church in North Fairfield and where the funeral service will be Wednesday at 11:00 AM with Rev. Ted Buehl officiating. Burial will follow at the North Fairfield Cemetery in North Fairfield. Memorial contributions may be made to the North Fairfield United Methodist Church.
