Andrew K. Polachek, age 40, of Sandusky, Ohio passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, May 21, 2014 in Sandusky, Ohio. He was born December 24, 1973 and had grown up in Willard, Ohio. He enjoyed fishing, camping and his work as a painter.
He is survived by his two sons, Nathan and Cody Polachek; mother, Annie Polachek; uncle and aunt, Robert (Barb) Polachek; special cousin Chris Polachek and numerous other cousins.
He is preceded in death by his father, David Polachek and grandparents, Andy and Betty Polachek.
There will be a graveside service on Friday, May 30, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Willard, Ohio with Rev. Roger Thompson officiating.
