Anna Shepherd, age 89, resident of Willard, Ohio, passed away on Monday, April 8, 2019, at Crestwood Care Center in Shelby. She was born on September 29, 1929, in David, Kentucky, to the late Alka and Arrena (Hicks) Davis. Anna was a huge supporter of the military and disabled veterans, which proudly served our country. She enjoyed taking care of her garden and farm, attending the Shiloh Ox Roast, but most of all, spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her 2 sons, Chris (Jennifer) Shepherd of Willard, and Ron (Brenda) Shepherd of Mansfield; granddaughter, Dawn Hager; grandsons, David Shepherd, Michael Leppo, Eric Sites, Brandon (Ashley) Sites and Kenny Vickers; and great grandchildren, Faith Hager, Danny Shepherd, Angel Shepherd and Renea Shepherd, Amariah Shepherd, Zane Leppo, Emma Sites, Xavier Vickers, Thomas Lee Vickers, Klaydon Vickers, Colton Sites, and Braydon Conrad.
In addition to her parents, Anna was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Shepherd; a son, Carson Shepherd; 4 sisters, and 6 brothers.
Friends may gather at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard, Ohio, on Thursday, April 11, 2019, from 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Funeral services will be on Friday, April 12, 2019, at 11:00 AM, at the funeral home, with Rev. Ricky Branham officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery in Shiloh.
