Patricia Ann Elmlinger, age 91, of Havana, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 9, 2019. Pat was born on August 10, 1927, in Plymouth, Ohio, to the late Chester and Helen (Myers) Bettac. She was a 1945 graduate of Plymouth High School, and worked as a homemaker, raising six children. She also worked for over 20 years at the Havana & Omar Grain and Supply Company. She enjoyed gardening, and loved roses and hummingbirds. She was a wonderful cook and paid close attention to world news.

Pat is survived by two brothers, Gene Bettac of Shelby, and Joseph Bettac of Willard; her children: Michael (Kimberly) of Willard, Gerald of Tiffin, Marye (Eric Lamm) of New York City, Victoria of Willard, Thomas (Michael Messina) of Johns Creek, Georgia, and Daniel (Patrice) of Elmsford, New York; and seven grandchildren: Jamie, Alexander, Christopher, Peter and William Elmlinger, and Katie and Ted Lamm. She is also survived by her great-grandson, Ezra Lamm Morales, whose recent trip to Havana to meet her gave her great joy.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Martin. In the 66 years of their marriage, rarely a day went by that he did not tell her how pretty she was. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her sisters, Dolores Bettac and Jeanette Compton, and her brothers Ted Bettac and Donald Bettac.

Friends may call on Sunday, April 14, 2019 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard. A Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, April 15, 2019 at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Willard with Father George Mahas officiating. Burial will follow at St. Sebastian's Catholic Cemetery in Bismark.

The family suggests that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Stein Hospice at 1200 Sycamore Line, Sandusky, Ohio 44870, or at www.steinhospice.org. Online condolences may be expressed to the family by visiting www.secorfuneralhomes.com.
