Betty J. Starkey, age 88, formerly of North Fairfield, Ohio passed away Saturday, November 19, 2022 at The Good Shepherd Nursing Home in Ashland, Ohio. She was born August 20, 1934 in Haleyville, Alabama to the late J. W. and Rose Mae (Colburn) Pierce. She enjoyed gardening and most of all, spending time with her family.
She is survived by three children, Gregory Paul (Betty) Starkey of North Fairfield, Linda Branham of Shelby and Holly Louise (Craig) Couch of North Ridgeville; 11 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her husband Cascle Paul Starkey, parents J.W. and Rose Mae Pierce, 4 brothers and 4 sisters.
There will be a graveside service at the Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio on Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at 1:00 PM with Dr. Ricky Branham officiating.
