Carl E. Henak, age 67, resident of Willard, passed away on Friday, July 16, 2004 at his home. He was born on July 23, 1936 to the late Charlie and Helen (Patrick) Henak and had been a resident of Willard all of his life. Mr. Henak was a self-employed laborer and a veteran of the US Army serving during peacetime .
He is survived by his wife, Pearlie Kay (Stamper) Henak, whom he wed on November 2, 1997; one daughter, Darla K. Hawk of Shelby, OH; one son, Timothy D. Henak of Willard, OH; one step-daughter, Kathy Sue Gayheart of Columbus, OH; two step-sons, Ralph E. Gayheart of Plymouth, OH; and Brian Gayheart of Shelby, OH; one brother, Frank Henak of Bucyrus, OH; one sister, Bernice Moore of Willard, OH; five grandchildren and other relatives. He is preceded in death by his parents; and one daughter, Carla R. Henak.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 AM at the funeral home with Pastor Earl Sexton officiating. Burial will follow at the Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, OH.
