Charles “Chuck” Gasparac, age 51, resident of Plymouth passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2004 in Mansfield. He was born July 24, 1952 in Willard and has been a Plymouth/Shiloh resident the majority of his life. Chuck was a retired employee from Empire Steel Mill in Mansfield and was a veteran of the US Army serving during Vietnam. He was a member of the Steel Mill Workers Union and enjoyed spending time with friends and family.
He is survived by a son, Charles Stephens of Willard, one grandson, Tristan Charles Stephens; his parents, Claude and Pauline (Whitley) Gasparac of Shelby; one brother, Ronald Gasparac of Mansfield; four sisters and a brother-in-law, Linda and Leonard Allen of New Haven; Sandy Barnett of Plymouth; Joann Dodds of Mansfield; Darlene Davis of Mansfield; nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Charlie and Sara Gasparac; and maternal grandparents, Willtom and Mary Whitley.
Friends may call at the Messiah’s House of Prayer Church, 74 Pettit St., Shiloh on Friday from 5-9 PM. Funeral sevices will be held at church on Saturday at 10:00 AM with Pastor Bill Howell officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Hope Cemetery in Shiloh. Memorial expressions can be made to the family. Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth assisted the family with arrangements.
