Susanna Nedolast, age 90, of Stevens Road, New Washington, passed away Sunday, May 30, 2004 at her sons home in New Washington. She was born Dec. 19, 1913 in Reed, Ohio, and has lived all of her married life in rural New Washington. She was a member of the St. Bernard Catholic Church in New Washington, where she was a member of the Rosary Altar Society. She was a member of the Crawford County Conservation League and the Golden Gems. She excelled in Attica High School basketball, enjoyed cards and bingo and loved to cook and quilt, and most of all spending time with her family.
She is survived by 4 sons and daughters-in-law, James & Anne Nedolast of New Washington, William & Sylvia Nedolast of Galion, Roger and Amy Nedolast of New Washington and Larry Nedolast of Plainfield, IL; 2 daughters and sons-in-law, Anna & Michael Clark of Chesterton, IN and Janice & Richard Miller of Bucyrus; daughter-in-law, Lois Nedolast of Mifflin; 20 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
She is preceeded in death by her husband, Albert P. Nedolast, who she married Oct. 3, 1939 and who died Nov. 4, 1996; son, Gerald Nedolast; parents, George & Mary (Alt) Miller; brother, Robert Miller and a sister, Esther Sanders
Visitation will be Wed. from 4-8 P.M. at the Secor Funeral Home in New Washington. The Funeral Mass will be Thursday at 10:30 A.M. at the St. Bernard Catholic Church in New Washington, with Fr. Robert Dendinger officiating. Burial will be at the St. Bernard Catholic Cemetery in New Washington. Memorials may be made to the St. Bernard Catholic School Endowment Fund, the HomeCare Matters Hospice or to the donor’s choice.
