Daniel Harrington, age 80, born June 4, 1939, passed away August 4, 2019. Born in Mansfield Ohio of loving parents Harriett Cornell Harrington (deceased) and James "Bud" Harrington (deceased).
He is survived by his loving partner Margaret A. Huttinger and two children Janelle R. Brantley and Marianne H. Heier (deceased). Dan grew up in Fairview Park and attended public schools. Dan graduated from Marietta College in 1961 with a B.S. in Mathematics. Over the years he was involved in the startup of businesses in the daycare, rc model, health care, arts & crafts, and electronics field. At 65 he started Adana Realty Co. He was very proud of the accomplishments in this business having revived over 150 homes in the Cleveland and Lorain County areas. None of these accomplishments would have ever been possible without the help of friends and family. He enjoyed sailing his boat and was a member of Edgewater Yacht Club for over 30 years. Started golfing at age 75 and loved it and the friends he made. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Magicians and attended Local Ring 23 on a regular basis. Dan has donated his body to science.
