Danny Karl Link, age 70, resident of Shelby, Ohio and former Willard resident passed away on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Riverside Methodist Hospital following a short illness. He was born on August 20, 1947 in Willard, Ohio to the late Karl and Georgia (Lykins) Link. Danny was a 1965 graduate of Willard High School and earned an Associate’s Degree in Computer Technology. He was the owner of iTech Incorporated. He was a member of the Journey Life Center in Mansfield and he loved the Lord; his whole life centered on Jesus Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Gina (Lillo) Link; a daughter, Alexandria “Ally” (Chad) Wilson of Plymouth; grandson, Hayden Wilson; step-son, Andrew Corbin of Port Clinton; and three siblings, David (Linda) Link, Susan Hoffman, and Doug (Gogi) Link.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his beloved pet, Sandy.
Visitation will be held at the Willard Church of God on Thursday, December 7, 2017 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, where the funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM with Pastor Bruce Philippi officiating. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio. Memorial contributions may be made to the Lyme Disease Association. Online condolences can be made at www.secorfuneralhomes.com

Always hard to express what one should say in the loss of a friend and Brother in Jesus. Always appreciated his warm smile and greeting. Loved hearing the gospel preached, now he will see the one who he heard about. Gina, prayers for you and the families. Blessings and strength for the days ahead.

My dear baby SIS! I’m at a loss for words! Still can’t believe ALL this is happening. Danny was a great guy! His smile & personality made him who he was. It was an honour having him in the family. Now he is in Paradise with Mom & DADDY & Jesus. And he will be WAITING when your time comes. I don’t doubt that. His LOVE for you was immeasurable. MAY GOD comfort you & give you peace.
