Darlene A. Kucinic, age 63, resident of Willard, passed away Monday, April 17, 2006 at her home in Willard. She was born on June 3, 1942 in Shelby, Ohio to the late Thomas Joseph and Eva Mildred (Sifferlen) Kucinic and had been a resident of Willard since 1989 and a former resident of Plymouth. She was a 43 plus year employee of Guardian Manufacturing and attended St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Willard. Over the years, she had enjoyed league bowling, working crossword puzzles, and was an avid fan of country music.
She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Elyse and Andy Leonard of Willard; three grandchildren, Steven, Graham and Indiana Leonard all of Willard; a brother and sister-in-law, David ‘Gus’ and Phyllis Kucinic of Plymouth; a sister, Dawn Martin of rural Willard; and several nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her parents.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard on Thursday, April 20, 2006 from 7-9 P.M. The memorial service will be held at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard on Friday, April 21, 2006 at 11:00 AM with Father Stanley S. Szybka officiating.
