Deborah K. “Debbie” Oney of Shiloh, Ohio went to be with the Lord on Thursday, April 28, 2016. She was born on September 27, 1948 to the late Vance “Jack” Hoffman Sr. and Alyce (Lloyd) Dersch who survives. She was married April 13, 1973 to Michael E. Oney who survives. She is also survived by her loving daughter, Michelle Wiley and husband Kristopher, as well as, grandchildren, Tyler Michael and Tristen Michele, whom she loved more than life itself. She was very active supporting her grandchildren’s school events. Also surviving are two brothers, Jack (Linda) Hoffman, and Bill Dersch; a sister, Terri (John) Bloem; and numerous nieces and nephews; father-in-law Samuel Oney; two brothers-in-law, John (Becky) Oney and Mark (Jeanie) Oney; and sister-in-law, Brenda (John) Kline.
Deborah was a devoted wife and mother. She was a sports enthusiast and anyone that knew her, loved her. Deborah retired from Miami Systems in Shelby after 32 years of service.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at the Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth, Ohio from 5:00-7:00 PM. The funeral service will be held on Monday, May 2, 2016 at 11:00 AM at the Messiah’s House of Prayer in Shiloh with Reverend Bill Howell officiating. Burial will follow in Mt.
