Dennis Stumbo, age 68, resident of New Haven, Ohio, passed away Friday, September 19, 2014 at his residence. He was born on August 31, 1946 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late General “Buck” and Marie (Tuttle) Stumbo. Dennis is a member of the New Mt. Zion Church in Attica, Ohio. He enjoyed collecting antiques, hunting, music and playing his harmonica and Mandolin.
He is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth Lyons of Plymouth, Ohio; four grandchildren Candace, Kayla, Nicole, and Aaron; five brothers, Jeff, Hascell, Ferris, Corbin, and Ricky Stumbo; three sisters, Elverta Charles, Gladys Stumbo, and Janice Mullins; and many nieces and nephews.
Dennis is preceded in death by his wife, Wilda J. (Shepherd) Stumbo; son, Dennis D. Stumbo; brother, Kenny Stumbo; and his parents.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth, Ohio on Sunday, September 21, 2014 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Funeral Services will be held on Monday, September 22, 2014 at 1:00pm at the Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth with Reverend Danny Hamilton officiating.
