I just wanted to express my deepest sympathy about the passing away of Ethan. He is our boys’ age and my heart goes out to all the family. I taught Ethan in 8th grade and thought he was a great kid. We knew Seth because he is a friend of ERic and Doug. My thoughts are with you….

There are no words to measure the loss of your son. The country lost a great Marine this week. The loss is shared by more than you’ll ever know. My sincerest and heartfelt condolences to you Clay, my best friend from High School, and Erica.

Erica I’m not sure if you remember me or not but you had a Pampered Chef party with me quite a few years ago and I think you even may have sold for a while! My heart aches for you…..I am a Marine mom as well, my son is a Marine! God obviously needed one of the “Few Good Men”. What a blessing he was home for 20 days and you got to spend time with him. Know you are wrapped in prayers by your Marine Corp family and many others. You are in my daily prayers! Hang in there!

As the daughter of a Marine and the grandmother of a RCT at Pharris Island right now I cannot begin to understand what your family is going through.
