Donna L. Kennard Haynes, age 77, of Willard, Ohio passed away Saturday, March 3, 2012 at the Willard Healthcare Center in Willard, Ohio after a lengthy illness. She was born November 7, 1934 in New Haven, Ohio to the late John and Beulah Lykins Kennard. She worked at the Pioneer Balloon Co., Jackson’s Drug Store and retired from R.R. Donnelley’s after 24 years. She was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church in Willard and she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Gene Haynes; 4 daughters and 2 sons, Leslie (Rob) Crouse, Cindy Haynes King, Sandy Williams, Mike (Dawn) Haynes, Connie Haynes Cavello and Joe Rohrbach and Tom (Vickie) Haynes; 20 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; sister, Jean Edwards of Shelby, Ohio and a brother, Greg (Bev) Kennard of Walling, TN; many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Patty Jo Kennard, 2 brothers, Randy and Jeff Kennard and one grandson, Chance Cavello.
Friends may call on Monday, March 5, 2012 at Secor Funeral Home in Willard from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. The funeral service will be Tuesday, March 6, 2012 at 11:00 A.M. at the Grace United Methodist Church in Willard with Rev. Doug Winner officiating. Burial will be on Friday, May 25, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery in Willard. Memorial contributions may be made to the Grace United Methodist Church. I am so sorry for your loss! Your mother was a wonderful woman and she will be greatly missed. I always got to speak with her when I was gathering donations for the Relay for Life team.
