Dorothy C. Kreim, age 88, resident of New Washington, passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2006 in Hillside Acres Nursing Home in Willard. She was born on March 10, 1918 to the late Joseph and Gertrude (Wecther) Young and had been a resident of New Washington all of her life. She was a member of the St. Bernard Catholic Church and the Rosary Altar Society.
She is survived by two daughters and son-in-law, Cynthia and James Sheahan of Columbus and Charlene Kreim of Galion; one son-in-law, Edwin Bryner of Sandusky; one daughter-in-law, Vicki Kreim Kanney of Bucyrus; five grandchildren, Jennifer and Jeffrey Beamer, Jacquelin and Pete Titas, Rebecca Bryner, Patricia and Don Schehl, and Andrew and Teresa Bryner; two great grandchildren, Sydney Beamer and Olivia Schehl; one sister, Sister Charlene Young of Tiffin: and three brothers, Norbert and Alice Young of North Auburn, Eldon and Norma Young of New Washington and Dr. Robert and Chris Young of New Washington.
She is preceded in death by her Husband, Richard R. Kreim on October 18, 2004; her parents, Joseph and Gertrude (Wecther) Young, one daughter, cheryl Bryner; one son, Gregory Kreim; one sister, Mary Angela Hook Horning;and one brother, Donald Young.
Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in New Washington on Tuesday, July 4, 2006 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM. Funeral mass will be held at the St. Bernard Catholic Church on Wednesday, July 5, 2006 at 10:30 AM with Father Robert Dendinger officiating. Burial will follow at the St. Bernard Catholic Cemetery.
