Eva: I've just learned of Gene's passing. Many decades have passed since our graduation from Plymouth High School. Both you and Gene were two of the. kindest "kids" back then and I thought highly of you both. God bless, Eva, as you walk forward each day.

So very sorry to hear of Gene's passing. Gene and Eva watched after my parents in New Haven for many years. I have many fond memories of Eva getting the mail straight when my parents returned home from Florida each spring. And Gene checking on their place to make sure all was well and safe. I will miss seeing you, my friend, at breakfast at Uncle Dudley's on my next visit to Ohio.

Mom called me up yesterday to tell me about Gene's passing away. I'm so deeply sorry for Eva, Kim and Trish's loss. He was a great guy. I remember how happy he was when he got that black Jeep back in like 1981 and how excited he was when he got Kim that classic Corvair. We talked a few times after I move back from Florida where he knew it was me walking from clear across the parking lot because of how I bobbed when I walked LOL. He talked of how he wished he hadn't gotten ride of his Honda Helix scooter after I told him I"d recently picked one up myself. He always had a smile on his face.
