Frieda M. Pace, age 86, of St. Rte. 61 South, Plymouth, passed away Friday, August 6, 2004 at the Hillside Acres Nursing Home in Willard. She was born May 16, 1918 in Yoder, IN to the late Simon and Grace (Utter) Herbst and had been a resident of the Plymouth and Shiloh area since 1963. She was a member of the St. John’s Lutheran Church in New Washington and a member of the Plymouth American Legion Auxiliary. She had been the owner and operator of the Shiloh Inn.
She is survived by one son, Stephen Pace of New Washington; one daughter and son-in-law, Joyce and Terry James of Miralona, CA; and three grandsons, Terry James Jr. of Miralona, CA, Stephen A.Pace of Fairview, TN and Matthew & Amanda Pace of Bloomville, OH; one sister. In addition to her parents she is preceeded in death by her husband, Everett Pace; one son, William Pace; 2 sisters; and 3 brothers.
Visitation will be Wed. from 12-2 P.M. at the Secor Funeral Home in Plymouth, where the Funeral Service will be Wed. at 2:00 P.M., with Rev. Joseph Bartczak officiating. Burial will be at the Mt. Hope Cemetery in Shiloh.
