Harrison Shepherd, age 54, of Tiffin St., Willard, passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2004 at his home. He was born on November 11, 1949 in Franklin County, KY to the late Romaine and Oma Shepherd. He was a member of the Faith Builders Church of God in Willard.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Kilgore) Shepherd whom he wed on Janurary 12, 1982; four sons, Matthew Shepherd of Willard, Dwayne Gibson of KY, Chad Gibson of KY, and Christopher Gibson of KY; one daughter, Brenda Gibson of Willard; six granddaughters; three sisters and brothers-in-law, Pokey and Ralph Jordan of Willard, Lou and Paul Pitt of KY, and Christine Shepherd of KY; four brothers and sisters-in-law, Johnny and Betty Shepherd of Shiloh, Tony and Betty Shepherd of Greenwich, Joseph and Kelly Shepherd of Shanondoah, and Edward and Saddie Shepherd of KY; his mother and father-in-law, Lucille and Woodrow Barnett of Willard; and six sister-in-laws and six brother-in-laws, Vickey and Jimmy Rivera of Willard, Brenda and Wendell Gearheart of Greenwich, Lora and Timmy Pugh of Willard, Jeffrey Barnett and Linda Walters of Willard, Michael and Diane Barnett of Plymouth, and Jason and Jackie Barnett of KY. He is preceded in death by his parents, Romaine and Oma Shepherd.
Visitation will be after 2:00 P.M. on Monday and all day Tuesday at the Faith Builders Church of God in Willard, where the funeral service will be Wed. at 1:00 P.M., with Pastors Fred Allen Rowe Jr. and Orbin Montgomery officiating. Burial will be at the Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven, Ohio. The Secor Funeral Home in Willard is in charge of arrangements.
