Hayburn Neeley, age 85, resident of Willard, Ohio, passed away on Monday, January 28, 2019, at the Willows at Willard. He was born on July 28, 1933, in Salyersville, Kentucky, to James and Aggie (Crager) Neeley. He was employed with the B+O and CSX Railroad for 47 years; 2 years was with the U.S. Army.

He is survived by his wife, Geneva (Rowe) Neeley; daughter, Sandra (Lenny) Melcher of Ridgeville, SC; son, Craig Neeley of Columbus, Ohio; brothers-in-law, Milton Rowe (Estella) of Columbus, Ohio, Homer Gibson of Auburn Indiana; sisters-in-law, Anita Wilkening of Cincinnati, Ohio, Betty Neeley of Florida; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Pamela Mollison; a grandson, Chadd Vail; brothers, James, Ronnie, Gary Neeley; sisters, Goldie, Ruby, Maybel, and Sylvia.

Friends may call at the Secor Funeral Home in Willard on Friday, February 1, 2019 from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM. The funeral service will be on Saturday, February 2, 2019, at 11:00 AM, at the funeral home with Pastor Greg Griffith officiating. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in New Haven.
